Refund Policy

At Jetski Cancun Rentals & Tours, we strive to provide the highest quality service for our valued clients. We understand that plans can change, and we are here to assist you. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations, while inevitable, impact our operations significantly.

Contact Information: For rescheduling or cancellation requests, please send a written notice to [email protected]. Please note that refund and cancellation requests are processed within one to seven business days. We do not acknowledge verbal or over-the-phone requests.

Cancellation Policy:

a) 48 Hours Prior: Cancellations made 48 hours before your scheduled departure are 100% refundable. This provides us enough time to accommodate other customers. Please notify us by email at [email protected].

b) 24 Hours Prior: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are subject to a 70% refund. Please notify us by email at [email protected].

c) Missed Deadline or No Show: If you are unable to attend the activity, please notify Jetski Cancun about your cancellation or changes before the deadline. There are no exceptions, and 100% of your total amount will be charged if you miss the deadline or simply do not show up.

d) Online Bookings: In the event of online bookings being canceled, whether by Jungle Tour Adventure or yourself, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same account or credit card used for the reservation.

Other Cancellations:

a) Weather Conditions: Reservations may be canceled without penalty when weather conditions do not permit the service to take place.

b) Illness: In case of illness, a doctor’s note must be presented for a full refund or to reschedule without penalties.

c) Package Arrangements: The cancellation of an activity nullifies the package price, and remaining services will be charged at full price. Individual services may cost more than the original package.

Reschedule Policy:

a) No Cost Rescheduling: Reschedule at no cost within 24 hours before your scheduled departure time.

b) Weather Conditions: All reservations may be rescheduled without penalty when weather conditions do not allow the service to take place.

c) Same Day Reschedules: Reschedules made on the day of the booking are subject to availability, and a $5 USD additional fee will be charged per person. This policy does not cover transportation costs, if applicable.
